Buyback (cards you sell to us)
Once you accept our final offer and we have paid you, the sale is final and the card becomes our property. We can't refund or undo an accepted buyback — at that point the card has typically already been re-listed or shipped on.
If you reject our final offer — for example, after we counter on condition — we will return the card to your address at our cost using a tracked Australia Post service. You don't pay anything to get your card back.
You have 72 hours from receiving a counter-offer to accept it or request a return. If we haven't heard back, we'll follow up before doing anything further.
Shop — change of mind (14 days)
For accessories purchased from our shop, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging, in resalable condition.
- Accompanied by your order number.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We refund the item price (not the original outbound shipping) to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Shop — faulty or damaged goods (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your accessory arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We cover return shipping for faulty items and will replace or refund at your choice.
How to return an item
Email hello@zimcollects.com.au with your order number and a short description. We will reply with our return address and any additional instructions. Please don't send returns without contacting us first — it slows down processing.
