How is the offer calculated?
We search the Pokémon TCG database for your card, pull TCGplayer's market price, convert it to AUD using a daily-refreshed FX rate, then apply a fixed margin so we can resell quickly. The margin is the same for everyone — your offer never depends on how badly you want to sell.
What if my card grades worse than I said?
We re-grade in-hand and email you a counter offer. You can accept it, or decline and we'll post the card back to you free.
Do you buy raw cards?
Yes — Near Mint and Lightly Played from any modern set. Heavily Played, damaged, or non-English cards we currently pass on. The scanner will tell you if your card isn't a fit.
How long does the whole thing take?
Most sellers go from offer to bank transfer in 3–4 business days. The post takes 1–2 days, we confirm within 24 hours of arrival, payment lands the same business day.
Do I need to insure the parcel?
Cards under $500 ship on our standard tracked label — no extra insurance needed. Above that, we'll email you a Platinum label with $5,000 cover at no charge.
Can I sell more than one card at a time?
Yes. Submit each card through the scanner, then bundle them into the same parcel — we'll match them up at our end.
